Recommended Book of the Week: The Creature from Jekyll Island by G. Edward Griffin

My input:  One of the most intriguing books I’ve ever read.  Definitely worth the time it takes to read it.  I was hooked from start to finish and couldn’t resist turning to the next page.  Don’t let the thickness of the book intimidate you….it will fly by and read like a 200 page novel.  If you have an interest in finance, government, banking, politics, conspiracy, history, war, money, or anything along those lines this book is a MUST read!!

Below is the description of the book as found on Amazon.com:

Where does money come from? Where does it go? Who makes it? The money magicians’ secrets are unveiled. We get a close look at their mirrors and smoke machines, their pulleys, cogs, and wheels that create the grand illusion called money. A dry and boring subject? Just wait!

You’ll be hooked in five minutes. Reads like a detective story – which it really is. But it’s all true. This book is about the most blatant scam of all history. It’s all here: the cause of wars, boom-bust cycles, inflation, depression, prosperity.

Creature from Jekyll Island is a “must read.” Your world view will definitely change. You’ll never trust a politician again – or a banker.

  1. I read that book several years ago on a friend’s recommendation…it’s indeed a keeper. (Fellow Ron Paul supporter here BTW)
